“The Earth needs landscape architects. It needs professionals who look at the whole picture, who can unravel the complex and interrelated environmental issues of our day.”
From regional trail systems to local neighbourhood parks, Sara loves to help cities and communities build pride and civic identity through public space. Eager to hear each perspective, one of Sara’s strengths is to synthesize assorted and diverse stakeholder ideas into an authentic and measurable vision. Currently working towards registration as a landscape architect here in Alberta, Sara has worked on projects across Canada, including Calgary, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Toronto, and Ottawa.
She holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree with distinction from the University of Guelph. In her final year of studies, she received Awards of Merit from both the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects and the American Society of Landscape Architects.
